Payment & Insurance Information

At Psychological Solutions, we are committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality psychological assessments and services to support the well-being of our clients. We understand that navigating payment options for mental health services can be challenging, and we are here to offer clarity regarding our payment structure.

 

We presently only accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Checks

  • Wire-Transfer

  • ACH 

  • HSA 

  • CareCredit

Superbills (Insurance Receipts) are Available!

While we do not accept insurance, we understand that some clients may wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider. Upon completion of services, Psychological Solutions can provide a superbill, which includes all necessary information for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please be aware that reimbursement rates vary by plan, and we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to understand their out-of-network benefits prior to receiving services.

We are an Out-Of-Network Provider

Psychological Solutions operates as an out-of-network provider. This means we do not participate in any insurance plans, nor do we bill or work directly with any insurance companies. We believe this approach allows us to maintain the highest level of care, customized to the individual needs of each client, without the constraints imposed by insurance companies.

Flexible Payment Options

Psychological Solutions offers flexible payment options to ensure our services are accessible. We are pleased to accept CareCredit as a method of payment for our evaluation services. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed to help you manage your healthcare costs. This option allows clients to break payments into manageable 6 or 12 monthly installments. ​
